La propuesta parte, en primer lugar, de una reflexión para lograr la mejor integración posible del volumen edificado respecto del entorno inmediato, aprovechando la geometría del solar. Se ha optado por crear dos bandas edificadas paralelas que introducen un orden sereno mediante alineaciones claras y definidas. Los cerramientos de las viviendas se retranquean a todos los linderos, sin barreras físicas, liberando visualmente un mayor espacio urbano, acrecentando la sensación de amplitud de las calles e introduciendo mayor vegetación y espacios verdes, de modo que como primera medida, se aumenta indiscutiblemente la calidad urbana y medioambiental del área. Se plantea la vivienda como un elemento construido entre dos patios privados que permiten, durante la mayor parte del año, la incorporación de los espacios exteriores como extensión de los usos cotidianos.

The proposal starts with the deep conviction that is possible to achieve the volume built with respect to the immediate environment, taking advantage of site geometry. It has been decided to create two built parallel stripes to introduce serenity through clear and defined alignments. All built limits were offset from the boundaries, without physical barriers, freeing up more visual space to the city and introducing more vegetation and green spaces. So that as a first step, it is improved without doubt urban and environmental quality of the area. Every house is proposed  as a built between two private patios that allow, for most of the year, the incorporation of the outdoor spaces as an extension of everyday customs.
