El edificio, de geometría muy sencilla, se apoya en los perímetros norte, este y oeste del solar, en forma de U, liberando el máximo de superficie al sur para el patio y pistas deportivas, de esos modos bien protegidos de los vientos y bien soleados. La pieza busca la orientación más favorable a todos sus espacios, siempre que es posible: Norte para la mayoría de aulas de Primaria y Sur para aulas de Infantil y para los espacios de juego. El edificio persigue, ante todo, garantizar con sencilla geometría y ausencia de elementos complejos, una rápida construcción (6meses) y la mayor flexibilidad durante su uso. La estructura lineal y modulada facilita las posibles redistribuciones que por el uso el centro pueda necesitar y hace posible la construcción de una futura ampliación sin interferir en el funcionamiento del centro. Se ha estudiado una pieza lo más compacta posible, y que optimiza al máximo los espacios, con el objetivo principal de ejecutar todo el edificio en planta baja en el caso de Infantil y planta baja más una en el de Primaria.
The building, very simply geometrized, is leaned on the north, east and west perimeters of the site, in a U-form, releasing the maximum southern area for the playground and sports courts, well protected from the wind and well sunny. The piece seeks the most favorable orientation for all its classrooms, where possible: North for most classrooms and South for early childhood classrooms and play spaces. The building seeks mostly to guarantee simple geometry and absence of complexity, fast construction (6 months) and the greatest flexibility during use.
